A high paced agency, the role was across many technologies that clients needed assistance with design and development. Working with clients from all industries expanded my capabilities across all fields in marketing, technology, particularly Salesforce, UX/UI design, communication with clients, process development, lead generation, front-end development, problem solving, branding and messaging.

I find that there are fundamental truths about what users expect, they want an experience that is catered for them and one that they can understand at a blink of an eye. This is actually a huge problem for most businesses online as they have designed the experience based on what they assume is best for the user.
