High results were achieved and I was able to refine my skills in workflow processes, styling, client interaction, working closely with developers, content design and Prototype design.
A high paced agency, the role was across many technologies that clients needed assistance with design and development. Working with clients from all industries expanded my capabilities across all fields in marketing, technology, particularly Salesforce, UX/UI design, communication with clients, process development, lead generation, front-end development, problem solving, branding and messaging.
Services provided for Real Estate Investar covered the user experience and creative design process, including user and market research, personas, wireframes, workflow site maps and visual design. Graphic design work helped create profitable, corporate partnerships with industry leaders including Domain.com.au, Pricefinder.com, Xero.com, apm.com.au, eChoice.com.au and Connective.com.au.
I find that there are fundamental truths about what users expect, they want an experience that is catered for them and one that they can understand at a blink of an eye. This is actually a huge problem for most businesses online as they have designed the experience based on what they assume is best for the user.
